Getting Back On Track

so, since I am feeling extremely insecure about my body size
and since I am so afraid that my bf would find someone else
I decided to get back on track with my weight loss program
well it is not really a weight loss program tho
it is just something that I like to do to train
currently, I am on my second day of dance routine
my dance routine would start at 10pm and ends at around 11pm
and no, I do not dance for 1 hour straight
I have my brother and sister to alternate the session with

as for my meal plan
I am still training myself to eat clean
it is definitely not easy for a daily junk food eater to suddenly eat clean :'(
I am sacrificing so much junk food for this but yea, I hope the results will be great
as for breakfast, I practice eating Fitnesse cereal with fruits which taste awesome
and for my lunch, I cut down the rice
if last time I used to eat one whole plate of rice, now I cut down to half a plate
well, it is a good progress I guess?
for dinner, I will somehow cook my own meal
because I am afraid if I eat my mom's food, I can't stop.

so yea. that's my current progress.
i think my current weight is 85kg.
we'll see how much weight I can lose aye?

an intro, maybe?

i'm actually clueless when it comes to introducing myself...
or in this case, introducing ourselves...
this blog will be written by two people
two lovers i might say :')
i am September Girl, aged 20, currently studying and staying somewhere in Malaysia.
the other author will be September Guy, aged 20, currently working and he is also staying somewhere in Malaysia.
i will try my best to keep my version of the posts in English so you guys will have a rough idea of who is posting what...
and September Guy will be posting in Bahasa Melayu which is our first language :)

this blog is created probably for rants, suggestions, and our opinions to situations
we might even share our own experiences in here
and i am pretty sure September Guy will be excited to post his progress on his workout sesh
well, what i can say is that, this blog will be filled with random stuff :)
hope you guys enjoy our randomness because that is just how we roll
